Winckworth Sherwood appoints new Chief Operations Officer

Darren Jesse joined the firm on 29 September from Kingsley Napley where he was its Chief Finance and Operations Officer, a role he held for 16 years.

His appointment follows the retirement of the firm’s current Chief Operations Officer Adrian Bourne.

Darren brings a 30-year proven track record in law firm leadership and strategic management roles, most recently driving profitable growth, strategic investment and legal process transformation at Kingsley Napley.

At Winckworth Sherwood, Darren will work alongside the senior leadership team to deliver the firm’s ambitious business and growth plans.
